As part of our Finance Team, you are responsible for: contract review, collections, customer inquiries, and A/R metrics reporting. You’ll be a team player and contribute to the overall success of the team.
More about what you’ll be doing
You have exceptional communication skills and are experienced in all facets of Accounts Receivable with an expertise in researching receivables and understanding the why behind the open receivables. You enjoy interacting with clients and team mates cross-functionally. You are a problem solver, self-starter and are detail oriented.
The opportunity to work with Accounts Receivables and clients excites you. You think outside of the box and are always looking to improve processes and build efficiencies.
You are fluent in both English and are versed in Accounts Receivable turnkey. You enjoy ensuring the customer is invoiced properly and if there is an invoicing issue, you are eager to determine the root cause and take corrective action.
You have excellent Excel skills and are capable of building reports. Systems include but not limited to: NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce.

- Accounting/Business degree
- 3-5 years related experience
