Are you a cloud-based solution?

We are a software as a service, subscription model. We securely host the electronic health record data in Microsoft Azure. Our Billing and Dispatch modules are server based.

How is data reported to the state?

We submit data to the state on your behalf in an automated process. We meet each state’s schedule and required format.

Are you ready for NEMSIS 3?

Yes. EHR and HDE meet both NEMSIS 3.4 and 3.3.4 requirements.

Can I submit my data to any other registries?

Yes, we automatically submit to CARES and state trauma registries on your behalf.

What is the implementation process?

Once you sign your subscription agreement, our implementation team will set up a kick-off call with your assigned project manager. Your project manager will walk you through the steps to take, up to, and including, your go-live date. This includes scheduling any onsite training days you may require.

How long until we go live?

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We have an annual subscription agreement. You have the option to renew each year. We have proudly had 97.6% of our customers resubscribe in 2016, a percentage we’ve either met or surpassed over five years.
