Robert Munden

Robert has more than 20 years of leadership experience in providing legal counsel, guidance,  and business strategy to technology companies during periods of rapid growth and expansion.  In his role at ESO, he is responsible for all legal affairs, compliance, privacy and risk management. He also provides guidance in the areas of corporate governance, corporate law and healthcare regulatory issues.  Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Harte Hanks, Inc., where he was responsible for legal, governance and risk matters, including mergers, acquisitions, commercial partnerships, privacy and regulatory compliance. Prior to Harte Hanks, Munden held legal leadership positions at Safeguard Scientifics, Taylor Nelson Sofres, and Naviant, Inc., after beginning his career at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. He holds a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.S. in Political Science (International Relations) from the United States Military Academy.
